The core principles that drive our administrative framework and instructional design.
A college of choice in the development of technical and vocational skills.
To offer quality training in collaboration with the industry to produce competent graduates.
Charting our progressive growth since inception to a premier regional institution.
The foundation stone was laid as part of the Government of Kenya's initiative to construct public TVET institutions in every constituency to address the shortage of technical skill sets among young people.
Major structural engineering blocks, the mechanical workshops, computer labs, and office wings were completed. Specialized training machinery, sponsored by the government, was successfully installed.
KTVC officially received its registration certificate from TVETA and admitted its pioneer cohort of 120 students in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, and ICT departments.
Student enrollment grew to over 1,987 students. Expanded course offerings to 35 courses, established partnerships with key institutions (NITA, HELB), and launched the online application and student portal.
Guiding KTVC towards excellence in technical instruction and student development.
